Gcash Payment

Payment Instructions for GCash

Once your order has been confirmed, please pay using GCash. Follow these steps:

Option 1: Pay via GCash App

1. Open the GCash App

  • Launch the GCash app on your mobile device and log in using your mobile number and 4-digit MPIN.

2. Select "Send Money"

  • On the home screen, tap on the "Send Money" option.

3. Choose "Express Send"

  • This is the quickest method to send money directly.

4. Enter Recipient Details

  • Input the following details:

Recipient Name: John Ver Zuniega

Mobile Number: 09234221775

5. Enter the Exact Amount

  • Type in the exact amount of your order as confirmed.

6. Review Your Transaction

  • Double-check all details to ensure accuracy, including the recipient’s name, mobile number, and the amount.

7. Confirm and Send

  • Tap "Send" to complete the payment. Wait for the confirmation message from GCash indicating a successful transfer.

8. Save the Transaction Receipt

  • Take a screenshot of the transaction receipt or save the SMS confirmation.

9. Send the Screenshot of the Receipt

  • Send the screenshot of your payment receipt to our Instagram or Facebook page along with your Order Number.

Option 2: Pay via GCash Kiosk

1. Visit a GCash Kiosk

Locate a GCash kiosk near you, which can usually be found in malls, convenience stores, or partner establishments.

2. Enter Payment Details

  • At the kiosk, input the recipient details:

Recipient Name: John Ver Zuniega

Mobile Number: 09234221775

Enter the exact amount of your order as confirmed.

3. Complete the Payment

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

4. Obtain a Receipt

  • Once the transaction is successful, the kiosk will print out a receipt.

5. Send the Receipt

  • Take a photo of the receipt and send it to our Instagram or Facebook page along with your Order Number.

Bank Payment

Payment Instructions for Bank Transfer

Once your order has been confirmed, please pay using a bank transfer to our BDO or GoTyme account. Follow these steps:

1. Enter the Exact Amount

  • Ensure that you enter the exact amount of your order as confirmed.

2. Review Your Transaction

  • Double-check all details to ensure accuracy, including the recipient’s account number, name, and the amount.

3. Confirm and Complete the Transfer

  • Follow the prompts to confirm and complete the transaction. Wait for a confirmation message from your bank indicating the successful transfer.

4. Save the Transaction Receipt

  • Take a screenshot of the transaction receipt or save the confirmation email/SMS from your bank.

5. Send the Screenshot of the Receipt

  • Send the screenshot of your payment receipt to our Instagram or Facebook page along with your Order Number.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery Instructions

To avail of our same-day delivery service, please follow these steps:

1. Complete Delivery Details on Our Website

  • Visit our website and enter your delivery details at checkout. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.

2. Choose Same Day Delivery

  • In the shipping method section, select Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila only). Please note that this option is only available for addresses within Metro Manila.

3. Pay the Additional Fee

  • A ₱10 fee will be added to your total for choosing the same-day delivery option. Complete your payment through our site.

4. Confirm Your Order and Make Payment

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, please proceed to the next step.

5. Send Your Order Number

Send a message with your Order Number to our Facebook or Instagram page to notify us of your payment.

6. Wait for Our Response

  • We will respond to confirm the order and discuss delivery details.

7. Choose Your Preferred Courier

  • You may choose any courier you prefer (e.g., Lalamove, Grab Express, etc.).

Please note that shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

Standard Delivery Process

We strive to deliver your items promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our standard delivery process:

1. Shipping Carrier

  • We ship items via J&T Express. Shipping rates are automatically applied upon checkout based on your location.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Items are shipped 1-2 days after order confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

  • To track your order status, please create an account on our website. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through your customer account.
  • Monitor your package in real-time using your tracking number here: J&T Express Tracking.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Manila: 1-2 working days
  • Provincial Areas: 2-7 working days (depending on location)

Please note: Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. However, we are here to assist you in tracking your parcel and contacting the courier if needed.
