Payment Instructions for GCash

Once your order has been confirmed, please pay using GCash. Follow these steps:

Option 1: Pay via GCash App

5. Send the Screenshot of the Receipt

• Send the screenshot of your payment receipt to our Instagram or Facebook page at Velocity Philippines or Velocity Scents along with your Order Number.

Once your order has been confirmed, please pay using a bank transfer to our BDO or GoTyme account. Follow these steps:

• Take a screenshot of the transaction receipt or save the confirmation email/SMS from your bank.

4. Send the Screenshot of the Receipt

Same Day Delivery Instructions

To avail of our same-day delivery service, please follow these steps:

1. Complete Delivery Details on Our Website

• Visit our website and enter your delivery details at checkout. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.

2. Choose Same Day Delivery

• In the shipping method section, select Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila only). A standard fee of ₱150 applies, but if the Lalamove booking exceeds ₱150, the additional cost will be charged to you.

3. Confirm Your Order and Make Payment

• Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, please proceed to the next step.

4. Send Your Order Number

Send a message with your Order Number to our Facebook or Instagram page at Velocity Philippines or Velocity Scents to notify us of your payment.

5. Wait for Our Response

• We will respond to confirm the order and discuss delivery details.

6. Choose Your Preferred Courier

• You may choose any courier you prefer (e.g., Lalamove, Grab Express, etc.).

Please note that shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

We strive to deliver your items promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our standard delivery process:

• We ship items via J&T Express. Shipping rates are automatically applied upon checkout based on your location.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Items are shipped 1-2 days after order confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

• To track your order status, please create an account on our website. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through your customer account.
• Monitor your package in real-time using your tracking number here: J&T Express Tracking.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Manila: 1-2 working days
• Provincial Areas: 2-7 working days (depending on location)
